WD-50 -- news from the front
Alex Talbot whose blog I have been reading for quite some time, as well as his posts on EGullet wrote an amazing article on Wylie Dufresne's restaurant WD-50.
I have eaten at WD-50 probably about 7 times and never had a bad meal, and in retrospect every time I have eaten there I spotted Wylie in the kitchen, which is further confirmed by Alex's article.
He goes into talking about three amazingly different experiences he had at WD-50. Two dining there, and one working as a stage. Check it out here.
