Sunday on Food TV there is a 3 hour tribute to Julia Child. I can remember being younger and watching in amazement as she rather clumsily made her way through these outrageously difficult French recipes. Only now that I am older do I realize how ahead of her time she was. The food community owes quite abit to Julia for blazing a path to culinary enlightenment.
